Curated by Tea Director Boeun Im

A Korean tea director and curator, she has been creating tea ceremonies and menus that bring together food, craft, space, and storytelling around tea since 2011.
Having completed patisserie and baking programs at Le Cordon Bleu and worked as a food stylist, she brings a refined sensibility for food and aesthetics to her tea work. She has won first place three consecutive times at the Korean Tea Sommelier Championship, and serves as an ambassador for Da Vinci Korea and Shot New Zealand.
She has also developed menus and provided consulting for more than 30 tea brands and cafés, continually exploring how tea can be interpreted and experienced within brands and spaces. She has introduced Korean tea and its culture in cities including Seoul, London, Bath, San Jose, and New York, and continues her work connecting people, the senses, and the dialogue between tradition and contemporary life — all through tea.
